Abstract:
To reduce an over-fertilization of the ocean and concentration of a carbon dioxide by pumping up a deep water to a surface area at a low cost.
The method for pumping up the deep water where (a) a hollow pipe with good thermal conductivity and capable of connecting a surface area and a deep area is prepared, (b) the pipe is filled with the deep water, (c) the end of the pipe is sealed, (d) one end of the pipe filled with the deep water is arranged in the surface area and the other end in the deep area, (e) seawater is left until eventually made equal to a seawater outside the pipe, and (f) the pipe is relieved from sealing, and equipment for pumping up the deep water to accomplish it.
