Abstract:
To provide a method for erasing a written mark directly applied to an object to be treated, with an ink by the use of a small amount of a solvent, and to provide an apparatus for the method.
An adsorbent 4 containing a solvent composed mainly of d-limonene is held in a treating vessel 11, and the object 1 to be treated, having a written mark 2 directly applied with the ink is supplied to the treating vessel 11 and rotated or oscillated to dynamically contact the object 1 with the adsorbent 4 and erase the written mark 2 of the ink by chemical action of the solvent.
