Abstract:
To prevent the falling down of a cylindrical body by forming a flange-like part at the tip part of the cylindrical body erected on a metallic plate member without performing a caulking work.
A first cylindrical body 21 is stood up on the metallic plate member 20 by applying a first burring to the metallic plate member 20 and successively, a second burring is concentrically applied on the periphery of this first cylindrical body 21 and a second cylindrical body having larger diameter than that of the first cylindrical body 21 and provided with the flange-like part deforming the first cylindrical body 21 at the tip part, is formed on the metallic plate member 20.
