To provide a method of eutectic joining for pipes and an equipment for eutectic joining that shorten the time for joining of copper pipes and aluminium ones and increase the quality of joining at low cost, and also provide joined pipes.
When pipes are joined in the method of eutectic joining by fitting a tapered part 1a formed at an end of a copper pipe 1 into an opening part 2a located at an end of an aluminum pipe, an inside diameter of a penetrating hole for pipe 4, which is found in a binding tool 3 that binds a fitted part of pipes with force from outside of the radial direction, is set to keep the same all the way from a side 3a to the other side 3b, which are found in a direction when fitting the pipes through the binding tool 3. By doing this, the both pipes 1, 2 and the binding tool 3 are closely contacted to a large extent when heated, the time for heating pipes is reduced, dispersion at the direction of the axis in the heating temperature will not be seen any more, the incidence of bad joining will be prevented, and particles of eutectic alloys will be discharged appropriately.
