Any of activities executed by enterprises, products manufactured by them and services provided by them is inputted from an input part 7. Besides, evaluating points are given in accordance with evaluation reference which is stored in an evaluation reference storage part 10 when the evaluating points indicating the degree of influence on environment exerted by the activities is given. A total evaluating point indicating the degree of influence exerted on environment by the activities concerned is calculated based on the evaluating points, an environment influence evaluating table is generated and it is displayed in a display part 4. Besides, the obtained environment influence evaluating table is stored in an evaluation result storage part 11.
