Abstract:
To provide a method for objectively evaluating a stress state caused by exercise with high accuracy.
An expression profile of a specific genetic cluster to be an evaluation marker of an exercise stress is analyzed in a messenger RNA derived from peripheral blood of a subject. Thereby, the exercise stress of the subject is evaluated on the basis of the analytical results thereof.
