Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating method capable of accurately evaluating hard texture.
SOLUTION: In the method for evaluating the hard texture, the orientation of a crystal in the hard texture is analyzed. In a preferable mode of the method for evaluating the hard texture, the orientation of the crystal is evaluated by at least one type selected from a group of an X-ray diffraction method, an SEM method, and a TEM method.
