Abstract:

To provide a method for evaluating the temporal stability of electric resistance of an electrophotographic belt including a polyether ether ketone and a carbon black.

The method for evaluating the temporal stability of electric resistance of an electrophotographic belt including a polyether ether ketone and a carbon black dispersed in the polyether ether ketone includes a step of obtaining a number-average particle size of the carbon black observed from a cut surface of the belt, obtaining Ripley's L function in a circular range having a radius of 1.2 μm with coordinate values of a plane's center of gravity as the center, and determining a distribution pattern of the Ripley's L function.
