Abstract:
To provide a method for executing wet spraying of a monolithic refractory adapted for execution of a small amount of works, such as spray repair of a refractory furnace wall.
A monolithic refractory composition contains fire resistant aggregates, fire resistant powder, and liquid body formed that a composition having the particle diameter of 95 mass% or more of a total particles of the composition being 0.20 or less based on the inside diameter of forced feed piping is kneaded is fed with a pressure to a spray nozzle through forced feed piping, having an inside diameter of 35 mm or less, by a forced feed pump and sprayed through the spray nozzle.
