To change the designs of bulletined posters with lapse of time at a low cost by improving the posters of a sticker type.
A case 1 is provided with a window-shaped opening 1a. A drive roller 2 and a driven roller 3 are arranged parallel to each other. A pliable endless annular belt 6 is wrapped around a pair of the rollers 2 and 3 and is spread to a plane form on the inner side of the window-shaped opening 1a. The segments to be exposed from the window-shaped opening 1a are previously printed with the posters (or previously stuck with the posters) and the endless annular belt 6 is circumferentially turned by turning the drive roller 2 at prescribed time intervals, by which the posters visible through the window-shaped opening 1a are successively alternated.
