To provide a method for briefly and objectively expressing the interesting area and information processing capacity of an individual to be necessary information for smooth operation of the organization in a future network society.
The objective evaluations of the interesting area and information processing capacity of an individual are expressed by an orthogonal three-dimensional graph in which the keyword of the interesting area, the psychological distance with an evaluator and the evalution value that the evaluator judges are made each axis. For instance, the keyword is taken on an x-axis, the psychological distance is taken on a y-axis and the evaluation value is taken on a z-axis. The arrangement of the keywords on the x-axis are not stipulated in particular. As the y-axis is closer to an origin, evaluators who are close to persons to be evaluated are arranged. The zaxis shows the evaluation is higher as a value is higher. The keywords are automatically processed from electronized data which is daily exchanged and are extracted. The psychological distance is expressed by the matter that a social bias is added to the value as to how much data is exchanged within certain determined time. The evaluation value is the value shown by objectively performing an evaluation from the action of the receiver of information.
