Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method for extracting a component in a green leaf of plant in a short time with good efficiency, by depressing the green leaf after piling up a mesh thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A green leaf depressing tool consists of a press block 1, a sample holding plate 2, rubber 3, a mesh 5 and an adsorbent 6, and a scene holding between plant green leaves 4 to be depressed is shown in the figure. The rubber 3 is used for making the pressure applied to the leaves 4 uniform and the adsorbent 6 is used for adsorbing juice produced from the leaves 4 by dressing by the mesh 5 e.g. filter paper may be used. Plastics or metals having about 50W 200pieces/25.4mm mesh are used preferably for the mesh 5.
