To provide a method for extracting organohalogen compound to a degree enabling highly accurate analysis in a short time from the exhaust gas or fly ash discharged from an incinerator or a harmful organohalogen compound trapping material used for the purpose of analyzing the harmful organohalogen compound, and a method for analyzing organohalogen compound using the extraction method.
The method for extracting organohalogen compound from a matrix containing an organohalogen compound, includes a process bringing a supercritical fluid capable of dissolving the organohalogen compound into contact with the matrix containing the organohalogen compound, and a carbonaceous adsorbent is used as the matrix. The method for analyzing the organohalogen compound using this extraction method is also disclosed.
