To inexpensively obtain a small or large quantity of gases incorporating ozones which do not contain nitrogen oxides by providing numerous small pipes between an outer tube, whose outside surface is subjected to aluminum treatment, and an inner tube, into which an ozone generation zone ultraviolet device is encapsulated, and hermetically sealing both ends of the outer tube and inner tube with flanges having supply pipes and exhaust pipes.
An ozone absorber is constituted by providing the numerous small pipes 3 midway between the outer tube 4, whose outside surface is subjected to the aluminum treatment, and the inner tube, into which the ozone generation zone ultraviolet device 1 is encapsulated, and providing the flanges 10, 11 having the supply pipes 5 and exhaust pipes 6 for closing of both ends of the outer tube 4 and inner tube. In this ozone absorber, the supply pipes 5 are positioned in direct opposition to the exhaust pipes 6, thereby allowing the gases to uniformly flow inside a housing, and thus the gases which exhibits a characteristic of the ozon having the germicidal action and oxidizing action, or the like and in which impurities are not mixed and highly concentrated ozone is incorporated regardless of the size of the device, are obtained at a low cost.
