Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently obtain a high-quality package by properly executing the inspection as to the presence or absence of defects during various kinds of fabrication work to produce the package from film rolls.
SOLUTION: This method is provided with a process for detecting the presence or absence of the defects of long-sized films F in the respective processes up to obtaining of the packages 12 from film rolls 14, a process for detecting the presence or absence of the defects of spools 20, a process for detecting the presence or absence of the defects of winding cartridges 34 and a process for detecting the presence or absence of the defects of cases 38. Various kinds of the defective articles detected in the respective processes are not transported to the next processes and are properly taken out.
