To provide a rotational moving mechanism which is used for assuring a stable action for holding a stop state in an arbitrary position of flip-up spectacles and is formed by a simple fabrication method and flip-up spectacles using this rotational moving mechanism.
The fabrication method of the rotational moving mechanism comprising fitting a metallic wire which is sufficiently longer than a nearly straight metallic pipe of an inner diameter from 0.5 to 2.0 mm, has a diameter from 0.4 to 1.95 mm and has elasticity, into the pipe, in such a manner that its both ends protrude from the both ends of the pipe, providing the pipe with a difference in level of an approximately bow shape of a width from 1 to 30% of the inner diameter of the pipe by a bending press in the fitted state of both, and devising the metallic wire fitted into the metallic pipe so as to have a suitable strength and tension to rotationally move both relative to each other and the flip-up spectacles using the rotational moving mechanism fabricated by such processing method are adopted.
