Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate waiting time of device between lots and improve productivity in detecting a loader side magazine without full lead frame, and immediately pushing off the loader side magazine upon emptied out and setting the following lead frame in the loader side magazine available for the frame feeder side.
SOLUTION: When a frame pusher 7 operates, if a frame sensor 14 detects no lead frame 6, it is judged that the lead frame 6 is not contained in the lead frame container in the loader side magazine 1B. The frame container in the bottom stage of the following loader side magazine 1C is moved to the level of frame transfer path 11a.
