PURPOSE: To enable rapid supply of admixture used for production of ready-mixed concrete and improve a transportation efficiency thereof, by sequentially charging undiluted solution and diluent stored in separate storage tanks, into a mixing chamber to produce a given amount of admixture having a given concentration.
CONSTITUTION: Chambers provided in a tank 10 of a tank lorry are filled with undiluted solution and diluent, respectively. The tank lorry is driven to a factory for production of ready-mixed concrete, where the undiluted solution and diluent are mixed at an adequate ratio to produce a given amount of admixture having a given concentration. The undiluted solution and diluent are sequentially charged into a mixing chamber 13 to produce a mixture thereof at a mixing ratio which is determined in accordance with predetermined ratio table. At this time, when a starting switch is turned on with a bottom valve T3 opened, solenoid valves V3, V6 and V12 are opened and a pump P1 is allowed to operate so that the undiluted solutuin and diluent received in the mixing chamber 13 are circulated together and injected into the mixing chamber 13 through small holes provided on a horizontal part 25b of a branched pipe 25a, which causes the mixture to be efficiently and intimately stirred and mixed. Thereafter, when the starting switch is turned on with the bottom valve T3 and a manual valve V11 opened, solenoid valves V3 and V7 are opened and the pump P1 is allowed to operate so that a given amount of thus obtained admixture having a given concentration is discharged through an output pipe 26 to outside.
