PURPOSE: To enable firm and reliable fixing of a filled reinforcing bar body, by a method wherein a reinforcing bar engage internally of a spacer is inserted in a bored hole the interior of which is spread than its opening so that it is positioned at a center, and the opening is sealed to fill it with chemicals.

CONSTITUTION: An anchor hole 3 is formed in a shape, in which the inside is spread than an opening part 3', by using a drill the cutting blade mounting part of which is unfolded by exerting thrust during excavation. A reinforcing bar 10 engaged internally of a spacer 20 from which a plurality of leg pieces 21 are radially protruded is inserted in the anchole hole in a manner that a central axis approximately coincides with the center of the hole 3. After the opening part 3' is sealed with a cover piece 25 engaged internally of the reinforcing bar 10 and having an air bleed port 26 and a chemical injection port 27, chemicals 5 are injected by means of a chemical automatic injector 30 mounted to the chemical injection port 27. The hole 3 is filled with the chemicals 5 without forming a cavity, and curing thereof enables firm filling of the reinforcing bar 10.
