Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check filling of PC grout in a sheath.
SOLUTION: PC grout having a hardening time longer than the time for developing the strength of concrete required for the tension of PC steel is injected into a sheath before the concrete is placed in a form constructed temporarily for reinforcement provided with the sheath. It is checked whether the PC grout is filled or not, and when it is not filled, it is injected again. In this case, the sheath has a transparency enabling visual recognition of the PC grout injected inside, and it is checked visually from outside the sheath whether or not the grout is filled in the sheath.
