Abstract:

To smoothly perform an operation to fill a through part with a fireproof treatment material.

While a large part of a fireproof treatment material 11 which can be housed in a through hole is housed, the remaining fireproof treatment material 11 is housed in the through hole. In this case, an outer surface of the fireproof treatment material 11 to be inserted from now on is coated with a powdery lubricant so as to form a lubrication part 14 on an outer surface of an exterior member 13. Then the fireproof treatment material 11 having the lubrication part 14 formed is inserted into the through hole. At this time, even though the lubrication part 14 abuts against the exterior member 13 of the fireproof treatment material 11 which is already inserted, the lubrication part 14 reduces friction to make the fireproof treatment material easy to slide, and the fireproof treatment material having been subjected to the lubrication treatment can be smoothly housed in the through hole.
