PURPOSE: To form a surface state of natural stone by blending mortar or concrete with metal powder to be reacted with Ca(OH)2 and to emit a H2 gas, bursting and destroying the vicinity of the surface under pressure of a H2 gas accumulated during curing.
CONSTITUTION: Cement is blended with an aggregate, various kinds of additives and water in the weight ratio of cement/aggregate of ≥0.5 and water/cement of ≤0.5 and further with 1-100wt.% based on cement of metal powder such as Si powder or Al powder having 50-900 meshes. Then mortar or concrete mixed with the metal powder is placed on an open side of a frame for producing a structure, opening in one direction and cured in water or with steam for 10-48 hours. In the curing, the vicinity of the surface of the mortar or concrete is burst and destroyed under pressure of a H2 gas emitted by reaction between Ca(OH)2 and the metal powder in the cement hydration reaction system to give a mortar or concrete structure having an irregular surface state of natural stone.
