Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve surer fixation of a cutter blade fixed to the tip of a horn and make the angle of the cutter blade with respect to a circumferential direction of a horn identical at the time of replacement of the cutter blade.SOLUTION: A triangular cut 2 which becomes the deepest at a central part of a horn 1 is provided on the tip surface of the horn 1. A pair of holding pieces 3, 4 which slides in an approaching/separating direction along inclination surfaces 2A, 2B with threading advancement of screws 7, 8 screwed in parallel with the axis of the horn 1 into the respective inclination surfaces 2A, 2B is attached to the flat inclination surfaces 2A, 2B of the triangular cut 2. A cutter blade 9 is held and fixed between flat opposed walls 3B, 4B of the pair of holding pieces 3, 4.
