Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method where a threaded part is mainly formed on a ceramics structure and a piece made of stainless steel, brass or the like is adhered thereto.
CONSTITUTION: In fixing a piece to a ceramics sintered body using the adhesive, fine groove parts 2,3 are formed both in the adhering surface of the ceramics sintered body and in the adhering surface of the piece 1.
