To provide an acus for treatment which makes the needle tube and the needle release freely by taking the needle tube with the needle inserted into it out of a package without taking off a clip or the like on use from the fixed position of getting the needle inserted into the needle tube in transit or for its immediate use.

In a method of fixing a needle with a needle tube, the needle with a needle tube is an acus with an acus tube comprising the needle tube 4 and the needle having a needle handle 1. A cylinder 5 is separated vertically in an inner diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the needle tube to be made stretchable and when the needle tube is covered with the cylinder, the cylinder slides vertically. The cylinder is made shorter than the needle tube. When the needle tube is covered with the cylinder, the upper part of the cylinder sticks above the needle tube. An adhesive 6 is applied inside the upper part of the cylinder to get the upper part of the needle handle of the needle inserted into the needle tube adhering inside of the upper part of the cylinder.
