To provide a method of flow planning of building by use of computer capable of effectively examining whether the layout of a designed dwelling house is proper or not from the viewpoint of the average total moving distance in and out of the building per day.
In this method, a plurality of bases having high staying frequency of a specified person in the inside and outside of a building is set in the formation of a plan view every floor of the building by use of a computer 11, the flow line that is the average moving pattern of the specified person moving between these bases for a day is inputted. Thereafter, the distance between the bases is determined on the basis of the plan view by the computer 11, and the moving frequency between the bases is determined on the basis of the flow line, whereby the estimated total moving distance per day of the specified person in the inside and outside of the building is calculated.
