Abstract:

To find out a person having a genetically high onset risk rate of lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma and head and neck part carcinoma in an early stage.

This method can forecast the onset risk rate of the lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma and head and neck part carcinoma of a subject by examining a mis-sense one base polymorphism in at least one gene among hRAD17 gene, POLD1 gene, RASSF1 gene, ETL1 gene, DUSP6 gene, hEXOI gene and WRN gene on the chromosomes of the subject and analyzing. As the result of that, it is possible to find out the person who has the genetically high onset risk rate of these carcinomas.
