A cylindrical body composed of an internal cylinder, in which a long-sized bolt is penetrated and installed at a central section, and an external cylinder covering the outer circumference of the side face of the internal cylinder is mounted on the internal surface of forms, concrete is placed into the forms, the cylindrical body is removed after concrete curing, and the hole for the anchor is formed into building-frame concrete.
