One face of a conductive layer 111 is coated with a thermoplastic adhesive layer 112, and the conductive layer 111 is press-fitted and laminated through the adhesive layer 112 on the face of a base material 113. Then, peripheral shape snap blades 121 of an antenna wiring pattern 111A are formed, and the conductive layer part 111 and the adhesive layer part 112 are torn while the base material 113 is linked by using a snap die 120 where projecting heating part 122 is formed between the snap blades 121. Then, the heating part 122 is heated, and the bonding performance of the base material 113 and the conductive layer 111 is improved. The above mentioned processes are almost simultaneously carried out in this order, and then the conductive layer 111 other than the antenna wiring pattern part 111A is peeled.
