To provide a method for forming a cloth product from a cloth (a woven cloth or a knitted cloth) of multiple textures by cutting the cloth, capable of realizing diversification of designs of the product still more and capable of improving efficiency of producing the cloth.

A woven cloth 10 is woven by a weaving machine having a jacquard mechanism as a warp shedding motion. The woven cloth 10 has a section 24 composed of a single texture and sections 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 composed of double textures, wherein the sections coexist. The woven cloth 10 is cut along a contour 12 for the cloth product (apron), then the sections 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 composed of the double textures in the cloth product which is obtained by cutting the cloth are each cut along a cutting plane line by keeping linkage of one of the double textures to the other texture, and therefore bag-shaped parts are each formed.
