To favorably form an attached surface layer in a method for cutting out cloth product such as clothing without substantially carrying out sewing from a multiple fabric.
A multiple woven fabric 10 is formed and either one layer 12 of the woven fabric is formed as a front body and the other layer 14 is formed as a rear body and the upper and lower layers 12 and 14 are bound along the outline 18 of clothing. The woven fabric 10 is cut into clothing so that at least part of binding parts is left along the outline 18. The woven fabric has dispersed dotted binding parts 25 along the whole face and the dotted bound parts 25 use a water-soluble yarn to form a woven fabric having a pseudo primary structure. Screen printing, transfer, inkjet and coating are practiced in a state of the pseudo single woven fabric. The fabric is immersed in water to dissolve and remove the water-soluble yarn constituting the dotted binding parts 25 and the fabric is returned to the original multilayered structure.
