To provide a method for forming an soilproof coating film which can curtail a process by forming no intermediate coat film and improve the adhesion between an under coat film and a top coat film.

In the method for forming the soilproof coating film comprising a process (1) in which an under coat composition is applied on a substrate to form the under coat film and a process (2) in which a silicone rubber top coat composition is applied on the obtained under coat film to form the top coat film, the under coat composition contains a block copolymer which contains organosiloxane units and alkyleneoxide units and has polar groups at both ends of a molecule. The soilproof coating film is obtained by the method.
