Title:
METHOD FOR FORMING DRY POWDERED CEREALS INTO SUPERFINE PARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007028972
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for forming dry powdered cereals into superfine particles for increasing absorbing efficiency into the human body through forming the dry powdered cereals processed by a conventional well-known method into superfine particles of nanometer size.

This method for forming the dry powdered cereals to superfine particles comprises pulverizing the dry powdered cereal processed by a conventional well-known method into particulate cereal particles, admixing the powdered cereal particles with electrolyzed reduced water which has characteristics of containing no chlorine, having an oxidation-reduction potential of ≤200 mV and containing active hydrogen, and stirring and mixing the mixed liquid and bring the adjusted liquid into a fluid product. Furthermore, the method comprises pumping the fluid product to a superfine particle-forming apparatus, eliminating active oxygen which is generated with active hydrogen in the electrolyzed reduced water during a superfine particle forming process, forming the whole powder cereal particles into superfine particles and crushing it into a nanometer size without deteriorating active components so as to extract the active components from the powdered cereal particles formed into superfine particles in the fluid product, and drying the fluid product by a drying machine to take it out as the dry powder cereal.
