CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to a method and a device which are equipped with a tool guide 402 having surfaces 428 and 430, and a passage 432, forming tools 404, 406, 408 and 410 having a working end 452 to coincide a wire 500 with its figure, a ring 412 capable of oscillating motion, and links 414, 416, 418 and 420 to get forming tools 404, 406, 408 and 410 to work, and which form features on an elongated metal wire by bringing the forming tools 404, 406, 408 and 410 near to or away from the direction of an axial line 434.
