To provide a method for forming a hole used for a countersunk head screw formable of a hole used for a countersunk head screw at good productivity without deteriorating its quality.
The method for forming a hole used for a countersunk head screw includes the steps of: producing a member (longitudinal stile 20) having two grooves 6; forming base holes 70 between two grooves 6 to make head sections 5a enter into outer surfaces 60 while they are remained as inclined surfaces of two grooves 6, and the countersunk head screws 5 are inserted; and forming the hole 7 used for the countersunk head screw which becomes a countersunk head screw support surface 75 wherein each of the outer surfaces 60 comes in contact with a head tapered surface 5b of each of the countersunk head screws 5, the hole used for the countersunk head screw can be formed at good productivity without deteriorating the quality since each of the base holes 70 is simply made by punching.
