Abstract:

To form an applicable surface on a moving blade integral type rotor unit provided with a hub and at least one moving blade ring.

This forming method is that measurement data of existing surfaces I1 and I3 is collected and adaptable surfaces O1 and O3 applied to the existing surfaces are formed. Collection of measurement data and formation of the adaptable surfaces O1 and O3 are practicable with a rotor unit 1 fixed. A target surface S3 in a machining region is provided based on containing data. The adaptable surfaces O1 and O3 are formed in a manner to extend over a joint 14 from the existing surfaces I1 and I3. The adaptable surfaces O1 and O3 are interconnected without forming a step part between the existing surfaces I1 and I3 and a repair surface and a steep bent part exceeding a minimum curvature.
