Abstract:
To provide a press method of a lightweight steel sheet excellent in impact property by which lightening of automotive parts or the like is possible.
In this press forming method of a lightweight steel sheet excellent in impact property, a steel sheet consisting of, by mass, 0.001-1.2% C, 7-30% Al, as necessary, one or more kinds of Mn, Si, Nb, Ti, Ni, Mo and Cu of 0.1-10% in total, furthermore, 0.0002-0.1% B, 0.1-10% Cr, one or two kinds of Zr and Ce of 0.01-0.5% in total and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is heated to ≤ 1,000°C and the press working is performed at 600-1,000°C.
