Abstract:
To provide a method for forming melt stuck spots by using electron beam technique to locally modify melting point and/or viscosity of a hot-melt polymer and obtain the hot-melt polymer specifically constituted for practising the method.
This method for forming melt stuck spots by dots of the hot- melt polymer is to deposit the dots of the hot-melt polymer on the surface of a base material for the melt stuck spots selected from a fabric and a nonwoven fabric and irradiate the back of the base material for the melt stuck spots by electron beams.
