Abstract:
To eliminate generation of any residue of micro joints, and to form a safe and functional component.
A micro joint of adequate width is formed at an adequate position by cutting a micro joint part 3 to connect a component 2 to a plate 1 by a pressure-weldable cutting step. The component is held by the pressure-welding force by micro joints on both sides. The component held by the pressure-welding can be easily separated by rotation or by tapping the component by a plastic hammer or the like.
