Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A partial double-stranded oligonucleotide in which parts of 3' terminal region of oligonucleotide and 5' terminal region are partial double stranded oligonucleotides composed of at least three oligonucleotides bonded in a complementary sequence and total hydrogen bond number of base of complementary sequence parts of 3' end and 5' end is ≥13 and each non-bonding part is a template.

USE: Formation of nucleic acid probe, etc.

PREPARATION: Plural single-stranded oligonucleotides having complementary base sequences being base sequence parts in which hydrogen bond formed of either one oligonucleotide and other oligonucleotide at 3' end or 5' end is ≥13 are synthesized by a DNA synthetic device and phosphoric acid group is attached to 5' end of each oligonucleotide and these oligonucleotides are bonded in complementary parts by annealing reaction to partially constitute double strand.
