Abstract:
To easily form an oxide film on the surface of a metal member and to improve the adhesion strength between an adhesive and the metal member.
The oxide film 17 is formed by providing a solution 13 of hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the metal member 11 and oxidizing the surface of the metal member 11 by the solution 13 of hydrogen peroxide. At this time, visible light 15 is emitted toward the surface of the metal member 11 so that the solution 13 of hydrogen peroxide is irradiated with the visible light 15.
