Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a projecting part on the center part of a metallic plate, and to reduce the stress exerted on the projecting part. SOLUTION: In this method, a projecting part is integratedly formed from a metallic plate, by providing a punching process in which a projecting part 4 integratedly extended to an edge of a plate-like part 1 is punched out of the metallic plate by a press, etc., a projecting part forming process in which a projecting part 2 of the prescribed shape is formed from the projecting part 4, a compression process in which a compressed part 2 is formed by compressing the plate-like part 3 except the projecting part is compressed in the plane direction toward the projecting part 2, and a forming process in which the compressed part 2 is formed to the prescribed shape.
