Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a protruded section with a vacant formation or pressure formation in a plastic container or oplastic cover by establishing a cut section at the side of a formed metal mold and thereby moving into the metal mold.
CONSTITUTION: At the side of a formed metal mold 3 is established a required cut section 4 which is designed to move into the inside of the mold 3. And when a plastic container or plastic cover 1 is formed, this cut section 4 is protruded by a suitable outside power to form a protruded section 2 at a plastic sheet located in the inside of the mold 3. After formation, this cut section 4 is moved back by an outside power to make easy a division of the form and the formed metal mold 3.
