Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming sludge containing water or sludge into aggregates so as to be easily transported and utillized.
CONSTITUTION: For forming sludge containing water or sludge into aggregates, partially oxidized polyvinyl alcohol and water glass are added to sludge containing water or sludge so as to be mixed therewith, wherein if the water glass is added after the polyvinyl alcohol has been added to the sludge and mixed, formation of aggregates can be made more easily.
