Abstract:
To easily form angular irregularities in forming a spacer 7 for an electron-beam-emitting display panel.
On a first intermediate material layer 9 structured of a spacer material and a first resin, a composition containing a second resin solution using a solvent to which the first resin is insoluble and a spacer material is coated, and is dried, to form a second intermediate material layer 11. The laminate is patterned in a first flat shape, and then, the first intermediate material layer 9 is patterned in a second flat shape narrower than the first one with a solvent to which the first resin is soluble and the second resin is insoluble to be formed into a spacer after calcination.
