Abstract:
To provide a method for forming a sulfur-resistant coating film relative to a refrigeration circuit device in which an epoxy component-polyurethane component coating film is formed on an outer surface of an evaporator excluding a welded portion to copper piping of a copper pipe in a refrigeration circuit in an atmosphere including a sulfur component.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for forming a sulfur-resistant coating film relative to a refrigeration circuit device. In the refrigeration circuit device, an evaporator formed to cause a refrigerant to flow in a copper pipe is provided, and copper piping is welded to both ends of the copper pipe of the evaporator to constitute a refrigerant circulation passage. In a refrigeration circuit in the atmosphere including a sulfur component on an outer face of the copper piping, an epoxy resin paint that is an ambient temperature curing type paint is uniformly applied to an outer face of a welded portion to the copper piping of the copper pipe on an outer surface of the evaporator, and a laminated polyurethane coating film is formed on the coating film by a polyurethane paint. An anticorrosive coating film of a double structure film comprising an epoxy component-polyurethane component and having 200-500 μm of thickness is formed on the outer surface of the welded portion of the copper pipe and the copper piping on the evaporator side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
