Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin steel sheet with a device of simple structure by respectively bending both opposite edge parts of a thin steel sheet into an almost right angle shape and a hook like, and then, releasing the engagement of both edge parts and a lower die with a releasing means.
SOLUTION: One side edge part 2 of a thin steel sheet 24 is bent by an almost right angle by using a forming die 27 composed of an upper die 26 and a lower die 25, and the other side edge part 4 being opposite to the edge part 2 is bent in a hook like by using a forming die 30 composed of an upper die 29 and a lower die 28. After forming, in respective forming dies 27, 30, the upper dies 26, 29 are separated upward from the lower dies 25, 28, the lower die 25 of the one side forming die 27 is turned to the R direction with a releasing means 31, and the engagement of the edge part 2 of the bent steel sheet 24 and the lower die 25 is released. Next, the steel sheet 24 is moved to the forming die 30 side with the releasing means 31, the engagement of the edge part 4 of the steel sheet 24 bent to the hook like and the lower die 28 is released, and the steel sheet 24 is made so as to be taken out. Therefore, the forming device of the steel sheet 24 can be miniaturized and space-saved.
