Abstract:
To provide a method for forming a three-dimensional model capable of preventing a crack of a casting mold material by alleviating a stress generated by a thermal expansion.
In the method for forming a three-dimensional model by a stereo lithography comprises the steps of applying a light to a photosetting resin while moving the light to draw a sectional shape of the model to be an object, curing the part applied by the light, sequentially laminating the cured layers, the model is a lost foam casting resin model 31 having skins 32, 33, 34 and a support 35 for reinforcing it, and weak and strong curing strengths are provided to be formed by the lithography.
