Abstract:

To stably manufacture a high quality product by injection molding a molten material.

A resin forming die has a first shaft holding portion 71 in such an approximately cylindrical shape that it continuously cycles round the outer peripheral face of a metal shaft 5 exposed between the first collar side end face of each of resin discs 51, 52 of a throttle valve 3 and the valve side end face of a first collar 41. It also has a second shaft holding portion 72 in such an approximately cylindrical shape that it continuously cycles round the outer peripheral face of the metal shaft 5 between the second collar side end face of each of the resin discs 51, 52 of the throttle valve 3 and the valve side end face of a second collar 42. Thus, the entry of a resin material into first and second shaft through-holes 42a of the first and second collars 41, 42 is surely prevented without causing the malfunction of the throttle valve 3 and the metal shaft 5 in a bore wall portion of the throttle body.
