Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the pressurizing load of the working punch and to form with pressing the projection at the internal of the closed surface part by surrounding the top end closely abutting part of the closed surface part formed at the end of tube body with the ring like claw and pressing to the axial direction of the tube body.
CONSTITUTION: A closed surface part 2 is formed with spinning at an end part 1a of a tube body 1. The closed surface part 2 is set on a projection forming die 9, and the top end closely abutting part 2a of the closed surface part 2 is pressurized to the axial direction of the tube body 1 with a pressurizing punch 8. A small diameter ring like claw 8a surrounding the top end closely abutting part 2a by being brought in line contact with the closed surface part 2 is formed at the top end of the pressurizing punch 8. The top end closely abutting part 2a of the closed surface part 2 is abutted by pressing to a projection forming die 9 with the small pressurizing force by pressing with this pressurizing punch 8. The projection 11 is formed with pressurizing at the internal surface of the closed surface part 2 by lowering the forming punch in this pressing state.
